Back in June of this year I relocated to California for business from New York and utilized The Auto Transport Group, needless to say that the experience was the least of my worries when moving cross country! From the moment that I was contacted by a Representative (Preet), I was treated with a level of professionalism that was A+. My car was picked up and dropped off on time as agreed.
Then now in November I had to move back to N.Y. for personal reasons so I decided to utilize The Auto Transport Group again, because of there excellent service. This time I contacted Preet on his personal cell phone which he gives to all his clients so that he may be accessible at all times. When I contacted Preet I felt as if I was speaking with a long time friend. Once again I was treated with the professionalism that of an A1 rated company! Since I was a recurring client Preet was able to extend to me a preferred customer discount which saved me about 2 hundred dollars less then my first trip. This savings were extremely helpful and appreciated. I am a Senior Regional Sales Manager for a Fortune Five Hundred Company and was very impressed with the excellent customer service that was given by The Auto Transport Group! Highly Recommended
