My experience with the broker The Auto Transport Group was excellent. Anthony and Rick were outstanding at meeting my needs. Once the car was turned over to SK Trucking LLC, things changed. The truck was over 5 hours late for pick-up. My broker arranged to have the car on top because the paint on this custom car was half of what I was paying for. Communications with the driver was poor and he could barely speak english and I think understood less. Kept promising the car on Monday but the car arrived late Tuesday. Worst of all the car was on the bottom under a Ferrari. There were little rocks on the hood and turnk of my car from the wheels of the car above. This car was perfect on top and underneath, but it had been driven in the mud and the underside was muddy and looked like crap. Worst of all there were terrible water spots all over the top of the car. This is a black car and you can imagine how it looked. I've spet two days trying to get the spots off and only have made them a little better, but you still can see them. There were two small scratches on the car that the truck driver tried to rub out and only made things worse.
This killed the perfection of this car. I paid premium for enclosed transport on top. I could have driven the car home with less damage.
STAY AWAY FROM SK TRUCKING LLC.!!!!!!!!!!!
