Ben from the Auto Transport Group handled my car shiment and did a fantastic job. He gave me his personal cell phone number since I was unable to call him during the day (business hours) due to my work schedule. He was up front and honest with me!

After spending over a week trying to place my car on a carrier, I had a change of plans and thought I would not need my car shipped after all. When I let Ben know, he was gracious and understanding. But then when my plans changed once again and I did need my car shipped, he got right back to work and got it shipped within a wekk of me calling him! I was very nervous because I've never shipped a car before and the company I hired to move my furniture, took my money and ran. Ben was extra patientexplaining the process to me and answerign my numerous questions. I would highly recommend The Auto Trasnport Group and if I ever need to ship a vechicle again, I'm definelty going with the Auto Transport Group!
