For a second time now, my experience with your company has been exceptional. The first time was through U-Ship one year ago. Your response and service was so good that I felt comfortable working directly with you for my most recent needs. And again, you made the whole process so easy and stress free and at a good price. What was so impressive besides the super fast response time to my questions was the knowledge base of each individual I spoke with. I was given thorough explanations of the process with no sense of asking dumb or time wasting questions, unlike many other companies I called prior to learning of your company in, let's face it, a not so glamorous industry. I will use you again and will refer anyone I know who has shipping needs to contact you. There would never be a reason to consider any other company for transport services.
