Thanks for the delivery confirmation, and excellent communication during the entire transport process. I am overall very satisfied with your service. If I'm being totally honest, it did take longer than your advertised average of 3-5 days for pickup (it took 10 days), and longer than I would have preferred from the time of pickup to delivery (nearly 2 weeks). Obviously each day that passes while on the truck, with vehicles being moved around, is another day for something to potentially go wrong, and damage to occur. Having said that I am a Realist. I do understand the distance involved, and the fact that this is a business in which the only way for you to make a profit, is to pick up and drop off vehicles, as you work your way across the Country. Again I am overall very satisfied. Your driver was very polite, with great communication, and the vehicle arrived safely. Thank You for a pleasant experience !
