TNT Transport - worth every penny

I had never transported a car before so I spent two weeks doing my homework both locally and on-line. At the end of that time I was duly frightened and had almost decided to drive the car to its destination myself, despite the serious difficulties this presented in my particular situation. I think I found TNT's name on a Yahoo answers board but cannot swear to that. I do know it was serendipitous. When I checked their website and BBB rating I was encouraged. I went on to check out their insurance coverage personally and was then confident enough to give TNT a call. Their customer service is excellent. Communication, both to and from TNT, is outstanding. The driver with whom I dealt personally was friendly and courteous. This company, I believe, strives to provide excellent service within an industry where horror stories abound. All my questions and concerns were addressed politely, with honesty and patience. The car arrived safely, unhurt and on-time. The cost was fair. Well-done!
