I used TnT in 2002 to move my car from Chicago to N. California. They picked up from the house in a reasonable time, but that was the last reasonable thing that they did.

After 9 days of waiting, I called to see where my car was, and they didn't know. It turns out that my car was still sitting in a Chicago terminal lot. So, with my prompting, they got it on the way to California. After 5 more days, it was dropped off at a lot in N. California and I was notified to come pick it up.

I got there and I was amazed, they had actually torn off the drivers door to the car and tried to hold it back on with duct tape. Then they tried to say that it was that way when they got it. I am guess that the door got caught on the car carrier when they were back it off, but who knows, it was crazy.

Then they didn't want to pay to get it fixed, wanted to wait for 3 days for an insurance adjuster, etc. There was a body shop next door, so I had them straighten the door, repaint the edge, so the door would at least close. The door never did get fixed correctly and all I could get from them was $300.

I contacted BBB for help and all they did was protect them. Obviously, BBBs concerns are protecting their paying members.
