Tn'T has had my review removed once already, so I am reposting this review.

Tn'T basically didn't want to deliver my car because they had wrecked it. They were a week late, then after the second week of being late, they finally delivered my car with the door held closed with DUCT TAPE. Then they tried to say, it was that way when they picked it up. After hassling with them, I got $300 from them to repair my door, which couldn't actually get it fixed. I think that they must have had the door open when they were backing the car off one of the trailers. Stuff happens, that really wasn't my problem. It was that they lied about it, and tried to cover it up, then wouldn't pay for it. No, I would not use them again. If this review is posted, we know this is a real site, if not, it is fake and just for the carriers.

We have not been able to locate this transport request because there is no order number associated with it. Illinois to California is one of our more popular routes and we rarely, if ever, deliver beyond the promised delivery date. We have an on-time delivery guarantee that provides the customer with a rental vehicle when the delivery is in fact late. I do not believe this is our customer. I have requested that he provide us with the order number or date of pick up or delivery so I can try and locate his order. There are many other companies that use our name (TNT) because of our long history within the transport industry. Without a valid order number, I have to believe this review belongs to one of those other companies. I apologize for any inconvenience this client has experienced.
