I felt that the company was definitely concerned about my best interests. I felt that I was treated with respect. Mary Anno has some of the best customer relation skills I have ever encountered. You get to talk with a real, interested person instead of going through a bunch of phone menus, and then ending up with a person that talks too fast a nd interupts you. This business is in it for the long haul with a goal of repeat business, which happens when the job is done right the first time. This is a case in point of you get what you pay for.
