I searched for over 10 hours to find a company that I trusted to ship my vehicle across the country. It was hard to try and weed through all the companies that are out there that perform this service. I finally went with TNT because they are a freight forwarder, not a broker, so they have the legal liability for my car while it was in transit. Also, they provided me with a delivery guarantee and backed it up with a promise to get me a rental car if they missed it. They were the only company I found to offer such a service and I appreciated it. The fact that they have been in business for so long and have a GSA contract to move government employees sealed it for me. When I contacted Shannon, she was very helpful, and efficient with the whole process. They handled pretty much everything for me from start to finish. I used their "terminal to terminal" service, so I dropped my car off at a tow yard in Pittsburgh and had it delivered to a tow yard in Spokane. Since it was a towing company it wasn't hard to get to and was a secure facility. The car arrived in great condition. Overall I was very happy and would tell anyone to use TNT. You will pay more money with them then their competition, however, the extra money is worth the peace of mind, in my mind, of knowing my car was safe.
