My delivery was terminal to terminal. When I arrived at the drop-off terminal, I was greeted by name and my paper work was ready. The car arrived before the promised date at the pick-up terminal. I was contacted by the facililty and picked the car up a few days later at my convenience. Everything was in order and undamamged.
