I responded to a quote that TNS to move a work van from Michigan to Oregon. Stella kept great communication with me until the time that I paid the $100 deposit. I explained to Stella that I needed to get this van to Oregon ASAP because we were paying for a rental vehicle in its place. I paid the deposit on Wed July 28th.. There was no communication Thursday, Friday or Saturday. On Saturday I sent an email (actually 3 emails) inquiring about the status of my move. Stella responded that she was waiting until Monday because drivers typically call on Sunday. It would have been nice to have an update prior to me asking. On Monday nothing… Tuesday she left me a very detailed message that she would work on it all day. On Wednesday she called to let me know that the van was now too heavy. I own a delivery company in several states so I frequently move vans via transport companies and this is absurd. I feel that they under bid the job and ultimately I suffered because of it. Never go with the cheapest… it always turns out this way!!! Now, 10 days later I am still sitting with my van in Michigan and paying for a rental and starting this process all over again

Jacque did make payment on the 28th as stated and as we do with all our customers, we started working on it. She paid for standard shipping of which we explained that we have up to 7 days to dispatch the vehicle. We found 2 different trucks and both said the space they had could not accomodate the cargo van (all that was explained to Jacque). Long story short we asked for more time but she wanted her money back and thus the contract was canceled and FULL RREFUND of deposit was issued on 08/04 (7 days NOT 10 days from 07/28). Her vehicle was not underbidded it's just a case of difficult route.
