As a first time shipper, I was quite anxious about this whole affair as I was reading about scams by various transport companies. But fortunately my experience turned out to be good. I was in contact with a couple other brokers initially, but landed on TMShipping after reading reviews on various websites. Overall, I had a smooth experience. They assigned me a driver a day after I called them. The car was picked up on time and it was delivered a day early. Anna, the manager that was handling my case responded well to all my questions and the driver was polite. I think it costed me a bit more than what it have costed if I opted for another broker I was talking to initially, but at least TMShipping seemed reliable, so I went ahead and agreed for the price. I just paid what was agreed upon. And, it was also convenient for me that I could pay on their website instead of on the phone. If you are looking to ship one vehicle and are not sure who to choose, I would definitely recommend TMShipping. Well, do your research definitely. All I am saying is that i had good experience with TMShipping.
