Trusted a third party broker to get my car from VA to CA in a short amount of time (2 weeks). TFI was assigned and able to pick it up next day with some issues with communication, 9 hours after the scheduled window. However, that's not where my issues start. These people took my car damaged the front quarter behind the wheel and denied they had anything to do with it. Nothing in the pictures taken the day before or the original Bill of Lading, but "it was there." Also, I had a concealed carry weapon locked in the glove box, only accessible with the key...NOW STOLEN! Ants are now all over the interior and there are what looks like bloody paper towels in the back. The driver has "no idea of any items in the car." Filing a police report, but save yourself the headache, money, time, effort and find someone else!! Otherwise, you will be sorry!
