From the first call I felt very at ease like family. I read through many reviews and checked everyone out with the BBB and I was still nervous. Once putting the truck up for bid I received at least 20 bids. Most of them wanted my credit card to secure a driver. That is something I was not willing to do. Dominic reassured me payment would not be needed until a driver was secured. Within 72 hours I had a driver and one of those days was a holiday. Dominic worked with me by suggesting a new pick up and drop off point to secure a driver faster. It was not out of my way and it worked. The trucking company is new which made me raise an eyebrow but Dominic did a thorough investigation and provided pertinent information which put me at ease. I even asked would he let them carry his daughter's vehicle and without hesitation he said yes. The car was dropped off within 3 days of pick up from Jersey to Tx. I am completely satisfied and want to shout from the hills these guys rock.
