I hired Dominic to broker a transport of a new Chevy High Country truck from a dealership in Bartow, FL to Birmingham, AL. He explained the process effectively, so I knew exactly what to expect, and he went to work immediately. We had several offers from different carriers within 12 hours for both open and enclosed carriers. The following day we accepted an offer from an enclosed carrier to make the transport. Within hours, the carrier picked up my new truck and was en-route. Dominic checked-in with me to let me know the expected delivery time and provided me with the carrier's contact information. A few hours later, I made a quick call to the carrier, and we made a specific plan on when/where to unload and accept the truck. The carrier was on time, and the overall process was very pleasant and far exceeded my initial expectations regarding timeliness of delivery. I received my new truck in less than 24 hours after accepting the offer from the carrier, on a route that is a 9.5 hour drive/600 mile trip. Dominic was very dependable, very detail oriented, and worked very hard to make the transport cost effective, timely, and pleasant. Other than answer a few detailed questions and discuss offer options, it was effortless on my part. I really appreciated that aspect, and felt very comfortable as Dominic obviously excels at what he does, and he takes pride in his business. I will definitely call-on him again when the need arises, and I will be recommending him to my father who frequently utilizes auto carrier services tinkering with buying/selling vintage muscle cars.
