Hidden Fee's

I had my 1962 Cadillac Hearst transported from Texas to Florida. Anthony had called me along with 20 other companies trying to bid and win the contract of my business. I told him over the phone the car and it was a Hearst. I asked Anthony numerous times are their any hidden fees or is the driver of the truck gonna add on more fee's. He assured me NO we don't do but that way and never will. When the driver got to my vehicle to pick it up he called me and stated he would not do the job unless I paid a EXTRA $300 on top of the agreed price???? Now I'mstuck hhaving to agree to his terms because #1 the driver is late and I can't find another company to transport it that late and #2 I have to have the car in Florida for a deadline date. The driver explained that the Hearst would take up 2 spots because of the length. I knew it would hence the reason I told everyone over the phone what the car actually was. CHEAPEST IS NOT ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST AND BEST! $500 DELIVERY NOW TURNS OUT TO BE A $850 DELIVERY

Zach told us his car was a mid size sedan (Cadillac). Here is a copy of the information that was provided to us. - -02/26/14 - 4:58 pm - Zach Dandera - 1962 Cadillac Other - Sedan Midsize - We pride in customer service and honesty and we recognize that its impossible to make everyone happy. If Zach would have provided an accurate description of his vehicle, we would have accurately priced the transport from the beginning. We wish Zach the best and hope that he can find happiness so that he will stop trying to make others miserable. Life is short so enjoy every moment possible.
