We placed the order for a car transport a month before pick up. The pick up date arrived but no carrier could be located. We are day 3 in our day 4 dates. We could not wait any longer as Tom stated still no one claimed the pick up we must add more money. We stated that was not acceptable and found someone to take our car as Tom could not produce the results promised. Tom was notified that we needed to cancel his service as he could not find a carrier. Tom became nasty and stated "no one works for free" and charged us $150 cancellation fee for no service rendered. STAY AWAY FROM TCI LOGISTICS if you are shipping a car. I will pay the fee but how sad this company treated us this way. They promised the world, delivered nothing and charged us! Stay away.
