I chose TCI after 2 weeks of reviewing dozens of transport brokers, because when I made my decision -- on a Sunday, when all of these companies are closed -- TCI was the only one to get me a human response right away, with accurate info, etc. Then, I was given constant updates, and also got my car a lot quicker (same-day) which was amazing on the part of the carrier. TCI's quote was a bit higher than the cheapest ones, but they were very upfront that all of the $500 quotes I was getting were likely lowballs.
