STAY AWAY FROM TCI AT ALL COSTS!!! TCI is a company of greedy, unethical people who LIE LIE LIE. PURE DISAPPOINTMENT IN KALEB and TCI! Hired them to ship a motorcycle half way across the US. Kaleb said he could pick up and deliver bike within 3 weeks for a certain price. We had to have it delivered by a certian date. He made us think the bike would be picked up in a few days and delivered well before 3 weeks. HHe fooled us into thinking TCI picks up the bike themselves, I later found out that TCI is a brokerage - they contract out the job to truck drivers. Kaleb was just lying to me about the quick pickup date - he had no idea when he would get a driver to take the job. Days went by and NO bike pickup. Contacted TCI - got a promise of will pick up 'soon'. Weeks went by and NO bike pickup. I contacted TCI and all I got were excuses and salesman lies. He said: 'I have maxed out the budget, and am hoping to have the available driver very, very soon.' 'we are approaching the deadline but we still have plenty of time, I am hoping that the latest the bike is picked up is on Monday/Tuesday.' Still no pickup. Then a few days BEFORE the bike was supposed to be DELIVERED, Kaleb has the audacity to email me and tell me he has a truck driver for the PICKUP but TCI and TCI wants $300 MORE than the price in the original contract that TCI agreed to. Go jump off a roof Kaleb!! I did not reply to that offensive email. TCI took 20 days to find a driver which they said would take 4 days to find, they strung us along with lies for 3 weeks, and they ruined the entire business transaction for the bike, they asked for $300 more than what they agreed to. You knew darn well that you couldn't pick up and deliver the bike within the timeframe needed, but you lied to us just to get the contract. You took advantage of a naive person since it was our first time shipping a bike - shame on you. Then 3 weeks later, you want $300 more for the job you couldn't do on time. YEAH RIGHT! We went with a more professional company (HaulBikes) to get the bike delivered for a much lower price. They picked up and delivered the bike when they said they would. Should have hired them in the first place, but TCI promised an unrealistic delivery date. Review reader, they are plenty of other options, don't believe anything TCI tells you. STAY AWAY FROM TCI AT ALL COSTS!
