Good Service, Iffy Transport

Their customer service was amazing and worked hard to keep my business. However, they work as a broker, and it seemed impossible to get the driver when I needed it. When they did pick up and transport the car, it was fast - but the driver barely spoke English, and it was nigh impossible to understand him when he called. This became very important since I had to go meet the driver for my car, because he couldn't drop it off where I had ordered. Then I sat there for an hour while they unloaded my car, since it was the last one on the carrier.

So the company was great, but the drivers they work with are poor.
