We had made arrangements a month in advance with Montway for our Mazda 3 to be picked up July 13th or 14th in Arizona and transported back to Wisconsin. We were to be in Arizona from July 12th to July 15th and needed it be picked up, preferably the 13th, while we were there. When arrangements were first made with Montway in June, we were told there would be no problem in doing this. A few days went by and we checked to see if they had a driver yet. First off, they couldn’t find our account/order. Then when it was found, there was no driver. To make a long story a little shorter, we had contacted them 3 times and every time the same thing. They couldn’t find us, then they found us and then still no driver. The last time we called was July 9th, the Monday before we needed it picked up. Still couldn’t find us, then they did find us and still no driver. We immediately went online and found Ron Stewart and Sweet Spot Transport. He was immediately in contact with us via email and then phone. We explained, in a panic, the situation. He went on the broker board and found that our car wasn’t even listed yet. He explained the broker board, the vehicle transport business, his percentage ratings and how he does business to us. He told us what it would cost and it was $1,500 LESS than Montway’s quote. He calmed us down within 5 minutes of talking with him. We had him put us on the broker board and within a couple of hours, he had a driver that could pick it up the next day. Only problem was, we weren’t there yet. The next day he had a driver (Sam) who could pick it up on the 13th. We said “Book it”, and within the hour he sent us the contract with the driver. Ron kept in contact with us throughout the whole transaction. If we called with any questions he either answered immediately or, if we missed him, he was calling back while we were leaving him a message. He called 5-10 minutes after it was delivered to make sure everything was okay. We give the highest recommendations to Ron Stewart and his company Sweet Spot Transport. He really cares about his customers and their satisfaction. We also give the highest recommendations to our driver, Sam Vicovan of Silver Rock Enterprises. Thank you Ron and Sam!
