I heard horror stories about hiring a broker to ship your vehicle. I was told, “Avoid the broker and work directly with the shipping company.” I was reluctant about the whole idea of shipping my 1968 Ford Mustang, but when I called Ron for a live quote he seemed very confident in his ability to ship and deliver within my date ranges. I was expecting to be disappointed, but Ron came through! It wasn’t all roses and sunshine though. The contracted shipper wasn’t easy to reach for updates. When I couldn't reach the shipper, I called Ron. Ron called them and got right back to me on several occasions. Ron has the relationships with the shippers that gets their attention. If a shipper provides poor customer service, Ron will not use them again. Ron was always available when I needed him by phone or text. He was always professional and actually made me feel like he cared about my satisfaction. I give Sweet Spot Transport my highest recommendation!
