I wanted to take the time to write a review for Ron even though my transport didn't work out in time (and I ended up driving across the country instead). I received quotes from several different places and was a bit intimidated with being bombarded by phone calls from other companies and was not sure who to trust. I talked to Ron on the phone, and I immediately felt that he was honest and upfront- he took the time to explain the process to me (and the challenge of getting a pickup from my location). None of the other people I spoke to took the time to do that. Ron didn't pressure me to pay anything upfront. I paid the fee to him when he found a carrier, and the carrier ended up falling though. I was worried during all of this that I was being taken advantage of (after so much of what I've read about this industry!) But when I had to cancel and couldn't wait any longer to find a carrier, Ron immediately refunded my money, no hesitation or questions asked. It didn't work out this time, but if I need a transport in the future, I would definitely trust him to handle it for me.
