This company does not have your better interest in mind, only your deposit money. They will lead you down a golden path with smooth talk and promises, but have not followed through with any of their promises. I made it clear up front that I had a very tight schedule to help transport my son's car from Michigan to California where he is in Tech School for the Air Force. I was told that the driver would be contacting us a couple days before the pick-up. Then the couple days turned into a day, then on the morning the trucking company was supposed to arrive we were told the driver would call a couple hours before pick-up. The driver never called, and the morning of the scheduled pick-up was the last we would hear from anyone. The rest of Friday August 15th, 2014 resulted in call after call heading to voice mail with no response. I wrote an email and called every hour to try to get a confirmation of when the driver would arrive and from which company. I called the Sales department - voice mail, I called Customer Service - Voice mail, I called their Dispatch - Customer Service. I called from a different phone number with the same results. They ask for your name before connecting your call through, so I used a fake name and made it through to a person in "Customer Service" but the gent in "customer service" can't help you, he says he can't access the account only the salesman can access the account. WHAT!!?? That's not customer service! I did get what later was determined to be a brush off response when I asked for when we should expect to see the driver, they told me I was scheduled for between 4 and 6pm. 4pm came and went, no driver, no calls, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm no driver, no calls, no response from Superior just voice mails. I started doing a deeper dive into superior reviews and found this site with several people who had the same experience as I have with this company. I am now trying to call Kevin at Superior to get some response to my issue and to discuss the rudeness of his employee Matt when I was finally able to get him on the phone 3 days after my scheduled pick-up date. I am also filing a complaint with Florida's Office of the Attorney General, the BBB and with the web host who handles their web site.

Take my Advice! Avoid using this company AT ALL COSTS!

This company has cost me several thousand dollars in a completely botched and fraudulent transaction.
