Where do I start with this company?! Heed my warnings! SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE! They will try and tell you that all these negative reviews are from their competitors. That is complete BS! Feel free to contact me.
First and foremost, a simple search on the BBB and here should show you something.
As talked about in other reviews, they go by several similar names Superior Transport \ Superior Transportation / Superior Transport USA...they also bounce between addresses shown in different sources (Miami, FL and Hollywood, FL).
This company is apparently scamming customers left and right as shown by a simple google search. On the phone, I was told that there was a $125 DEPOSIT that was only charged once my vehicle was picked up. In reality, they charged me the same day the order was placed which is already the first dishonest business practice they decided to do and completely UNAUTHORIZED.
Several weeks passed and NO VEHICLE WAS EVER PICKED UP. NO SERVICE WAS EVER RENDERED. Only constant excuses IF they even responded. I'd have to send multiple upset e-mails to get the same excuse over and over. They don't pick up your phone calls.
Once I was finally fed up with waiting, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund for any charge they had placed on my account (which was unauthorized). On March 25th and March 27th they responded to my e-mails saying a refund would be issued and appear within 3-5 business days.
That was the last I ever heard from them. They do not pick up the phone and do not respond to any other e-mails. This charge is unauthorized and a fraud.
This business has an F rating (and a fraud alert) through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) as well as MANY reviews here on www.transportreviews.com of people complaining about the same exact deceptive business practices and fraudulently charging people’s cards with no actual service rendered.
I've already initiated a chargeback through my credit card and filed complaints with the BBB, here, as well as the State Attorney General and others. I also told them that I will absolutely file suit if I'm not satisfied with the end result and all the time I've wasted on this.
I invite ANYBODY who is interested in doing business with this company to contact me. I'll gladly forward over all of our correspondence back and forth. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
