Run, do not walk away from these people. Andrew Steinberg of Superior Transportation Inc. gave us a quote of $800 ($100 to Superior and $700 to the trucking firm) to move a car from IL to AZ. After taking their $100 fee from my checking account, Superior sent me a confirming email stating that I further owed them for a, as yet undisclosed, "State to State" shipping fee and that the trucking company required $750 upon delivery instead of the previously agreed to $700. I phoned and spoke with Andrew Steinberg who stammered something about that email being a form email. I demanded cancellation of our contract and immediate refund of my money. Further attempts to contact Andrew Steinberg by phone were hampered by their answering system which requires you to provide your name to the answering machine before anyone takes the call which allowed them to screen me out. This set up should act as a tell - beware. I got me my $100 back from Superior Transportation Inc after asking my bank to retrieve it for me.
