Basically, same as the others but they overcharged me $150 and refused to refund after promising to do so several times.

They have a very poor working relationship with the transport companies that they broker for. Vincent Turner took my order and gave a pickup date of 9/18. Andrew Steinberg dispatched the order and as of 9/20, the car had not been picked up. They next promised it would be picked up no later than 9/23: "The shipping dept. sent you an email a few days ago your vehicle is being picked up today or tom & delivered by monday the latest".

They missed that deadline also, the car was not picked up until 9/27.

The car was delivered on 9/30 at which time the driver called and would not unload the car unless I paid $750. $600 was the contract price so i contacted Andrew Steinberg who said Vince was no longer working there and he promised a $150 refund by the end of the week (11/4/13). After several reminders and subsequent promises from Andrew to refund the money "I apologize, i will let the account dept know, and will see issue resolve within the next 3-5 days" written on 10/22/13.

It is now 11/7 and I had to issue a VISA charge-back to recover my money. These guys are crooks.
