Jeremy is very Dishonest

While I was OK with the late pick-up and delivery, I was overcharged for the deposit. When I called, I spoke with Jeremy who tried to tell me the quote should have been higher. I have a signed Shipping Order form with the exact costs (including the deposit and the COD), so Jeremy told me he would call the driver immediately and tell him to collect a lower amount (the original COD less the over charge for the deposit) when he delivered the vehicle. Matthew (who I had NO problems with) had given me the name of the vehicle carrier contact (they source it to others) to contact directly to confirm the exact date the vehicle would be delivered, so I called John, the vehicle carrier contact, to confirm Jeremy had advised them of the lower COD. John had NOT heard from Jeremy and said they had to collect $800 to leave the car. Both John and I attempted to contact Jeremy for the next 3 days, and neither of us could get an answer. After the vehicle was delivered and the full $800 COD had to be paid to receive the car, I contacted Jeremy on several occasions, and he told me he would have the overpayment credited to my VISA card. We are one week from ending February, and there has been no attempt to credit my charge card. It is obvious that Jeremy had no plan to refund me the overcharge, so he is just a LIAR. Companies that have untrustworthy employees that lie to customers are dangerous. There are too many other reliable transport companies that have great prices and excellent service.
