Superior gave me the best price I could find online. I was a little concerned about not being covered but my employer was paying and they gave me a very small amount of money to be reimbursed. Superior used Pacha Transportation Corp to do the move for them. Originally I was told my car would be picked up on Thursday. By 3pm I had not been contacted so I called to inquire where the driver was. I was told the driver was in a specific city north of me and was delayed, that he would arrive to pick up my car on Friday. Luckily I was able to change my plans to compensate. On Friday around noon I received a call saying the driver was still delayed and wouldn't arrive until Saturday. Saturday I received a called that the driver would be arriving sometime between 10 and 2, they arrived around 11 and loaded my vehicle. Superior does take credit card for deposit but not for delivery payment. I had to have cash or money order. They told me they could not deliver on the date promised because of rain from Tropical Storm Sandy so instead they delivered it on Monday instead of Friday. My car was covered in a layer of oily mist... nothing permanent and no dents or scratches so all is well.
