Michael Mike Prestia Superior or Reliable Transport broker Experience was beyond horrible. Please price shop with other brokers as there thousands of them in this seemingly slimy profession. His price is generally good but it is just to get your credit card number. Once he has your credit card number he will charge you more than you had agreed upon or you will owe the delivery driver more than the agreed amount. Obviously you have no choice but to pay it once your vehicle is there; Michael Mike Prestia Reliable Superior knows that and doesn’t care. He already got paid and repeat business is not in his business model. He is a typical slick New York salesman with perfect explanations and great excuse making ability (not uncommon in the transport broker industry ) but fortunately credit card companies can often come to your aid; you can charge back the overage or the entire amount if the vehicle was not delivered. Rude angry individual Mike Michael Prestia Reliable Superior Transport Please ship around and ask questions or even better, try to deal with companies that own their own trucks where there is more logistical control A nightmare and 1 star is too many
