This was the first time I transported a car and had no idea how to go about it. A web search led me to a mailbox full of offers. Only a couple took the time to not only offer a quote but also provide valuable insight on how the industry works and what to be aware of and what to look out for. Suncoast was one such sight. Even if you did not use them, I would take the time to use their links to get a good understanding of what is involved in shipping a car. Once I contacted the company, Don Tackett was more than willing to further explain the procedure and wanted to make sure I had done some research so I wouldn't be taken by any surprises if I chose to use Suncoast. The quote he offered was neither the lowest or highest. I had already decided to ignore the real low ball prices. Once I chose Suncoast, both Don and Christina got me through the process without any hitches. They made sure I was aware of all the insurance regulations and what to expect once their bid was picked up by the actual transport company. The car was picked up on time and arrived early which actually worked in my favor on the receiving end. All in all a trying experience made easy
