I told this company that I would write a review when I booked with them. I had two cars to transport. From day one, they were very professional and everything was on track. We are military and move a lot but have never shipped cars before. I felt confident to trust this company. The week before our transport day I lost communication with them, tried calling and emailing and no response. The day prior to transport the company finally called me back to tell me there was a problem with their internet and phones. As a result, they could not book my transport until the following week. After hours on the phone while I had movers at my house, I could not find a cheaper rate at last minute so I stuck with them and offered to leave the cars behind with my neighbor to get them picked up the next week. Everything went fine from that point. We were told the cars would be delivered Sunday or Monday, but got a call on Saturday asking if we would take the cars early. The driver had a family emergency and needed to speed up his deliveries. Which we were delighted to do, but then we found out it would be at midnight. My husband waited up and it was 1:30 am when they finally came. All in all, I understand this business is unpredictable which is why I booked so far in advance. Bottom line, we got our cars safe and sound. Just a few new grey hairs in my head thanks to suncoast.

These vehicles were picked up by the first available driver doing this route. It was a few days after the first available pick up date, but we did everything in our power to secure the very first driver doing this route. We explain how this works to our customers when they book with us so that they understand that all the drivers do different routes- some more often than others. It is true that we had a problem with our internet/phones for a few hrs one day but this did not affect the pick up or delivery of any vehicles. It delayed returning our calls while this problem was being corrected but we were still able to contact all missed calls on the same business day.If a driver happens to arrive a little early to a destination, they always call to ask the customers if it is possible to deliver a vehicle early. If it is not conveniant, the customer simply has to let them know and arrange a time that will work for everyone.
