I researched numerous companies for transport services and read many reviews that made me quite nervous about the time frame and delivery methods. After soliciting various companies for quotes to transport my car from South Florida to New York, Suncoast Auto Transport stood out amongst the rest with their detailed information on transport practices. I called them and spoke with a sales representative that not only answered all my questions and concerns about transporting my car but also detailed how they conduct their service and how they screen who they work with. I decided to use them for my transporting needs and I could not have more pleased. The staff at Suncoast Auto Transport are true professionals. The company they chose to transport my vehicle arrived to pick up my car on time and delivered within the time frame they gave me in their e-mail confirmation along with the transporting company information and the driver's contact information. If I had to make only one critique it would be that I would have liked about 12-24 hour notice about when my car was arriving so I could make arrangements with my job. Luckily, my car was delivered to my building a couple of hours after I arrived home. In tracking the vehicle, Suncoast was quick to answer my call and contact the driver to provide me with the status of my car. They definitely relieved a lot of the stress and worry of having my car in someone else's hands. I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend to friends and family. Suncoast has made me extremely happy.
