Quoted one price paid another

Overall experience was not good. I don't think it had anything to do with the broker. I was quoted 1 price ended up paying driver $150 more why I am still not sure. I gave them my credit card on file and amount to driver was suppose to be lower than what driver took. Delivery happened late at night and when I tried to pay the driver half cash ( what I was told I owe driver from broker) driver wanted extra money and wouldn't release the car until they had it. I had to go to an ATM to pull out extra cash at midnight.

Kira contacted us on 4.25.17 and told us she needed same day pick up. We got this vehicle picked up on the same day for her as she requested. Total amount to pay was $900 which is exactly what she agreed upon. $150 was to be charged on 4.25.17 on her credit card to lock the carrier in and $750 was to be paid to the carrier on delivery. When we tried to charge this $150 on her card the credit card declined. We then informed the customer that this happened and she said she would contact us right back with a valid card. Regardless of this happening, in good faith, we let the carrier pick up the vehicle because she absolutely needed it picked up that day. Then at this point the customer disappeared and we were never able to get a hold of her. We left her 4 messages and emailed her for this payment on 4.26.17 and customer never responded. We again left her 4 messages and emailed her on 4.27.17 and again no response, customer is MIA. When the vehicle got to it's destination of course carrier asked for the full $900 that is to be paid that was agreed per contract with customer because the original $150 was never charged at the beginning which is the customers fault for not getting us the valid credit card number. So in the end the customer paid exactly what she was suppose to that was agreed from the beginning and none of what she says happened at delivery would of happened as long as she would just answer the countless messages and emails left to her throughout the process. Today 4.28.17 I have left 2 more messages with still no response. Suncoast and the carrier did exactly what we were contracted to do. A little communication goes a long way and to this point we still have not been able to reach customer. It is very hard for the entire process to go smooth, as we do our best to make sure that it always does, when a customer refuses to answer her phone, respond to emails, and decides to make it very difficult for all involved parties to make sure the process goes very smoothly for the customer and everyone that is involved. We are very sorry Kira that you feel this way about your experience but in our defense we actually did everything in our power to make sure the process would of gone smooth for you but when you chose not to be responsive throughout the transport it makes it impossible for us to make sure everything goes at it should. We can not deliver the vehicle without obtaining the payment that is supposed to be paid for the transport and if the carrier would of only collected the $750, we would still be out of the $150 you agreed to pay on the credit card that was supposed to be charged before vehicle was picked up that we still have not been able to collect from you. This is why carrier requested the full amount that you were contracted for when he delivered. You can reach me at anytime to discuss this as I am always available. Please keep in mind we picked up your vehicle for you on the same day you booked it and delivered in 2 days in the middle of snowbird season from FL to IL when there is thousands of vehicles coming out of Florida. To add to this review, it is now 5.2.17 and we have spoken to the carrier and found out that they had to get the police involved because this customer would not pay the carrier, had a false contract stating that they should only pay $450 and tried to pay with other then certified payment which customer was informed that this is the only type of payment carriers will accept. They tried to deliver earlier but customer would not accept because she was not available and told the carrier to come at night. So there is no doubt in my mind that this customer was trying to pull a fast one on everybody.
