I recently relocated across the country twice in 6 months. The first time I moved my vehicle, I used a different transport service and the experience was STRESSFUL. There was confusion with the delivery date and then the transporters would not release my vehicle because their paper work did not show that I paid for the move in advance. So, when I needed to move again, I expected another horrible experience.
HOWEVER, Suncoast Auto Transport was a totally different experience. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They arranged for my car to picked up on the day of the pickup, and it was delivered 10 days later. Suncoast's rates were competitive. And their transport company also maintained the professionalism as the brokers.
The only minor inconvenience that did occur was that the driver called 2 hours before to notify me that he was deliverying my vehicle. I expected his call the night before. And since it was Sunday, the banks were closed but the transport company worked with me and I didn't not have to pay surcharges for putting the remaining balance on my credit card.
I would definitely trust my vehicle to Suncoast and their transport company, Ambela.
