I was skeptical about shipping a vehicle when I found out i couldn't walk into an office and talk to a person. I was also skeptical when i found out that Suncoast wasn't the actual shipper, but the broker. My fears were thankfully relived. Not only was Suncoast customer friendly, but the carrier was excellent as well. I never had to follow up on anything (emails and phone calls). They were always on it and never made any false promises they couldn't keep. Always punctual and always answered my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to ship a vehicle. We wanted it delivered on a certain date and it was there w/o a scratch on it. Thanks Suncoast...you were a Godsend!
