This is the third time I have used Suncoast for transport between Delaware and Arizona. I picked them the first time because Jon Genereux took the time to explain the business to me in simple terms. The first two times everything went smooth. This last time there were problems (breakdown) with the carrier assigned to my car after it was picked up. Not quite sure who I should deal with at this time (Suncoast or the actual carrier) I called Suncoast. Their customer service manager, Cheri, and Becky who worked with me on Cheri's days off, immediately took over and made all the needed phone calls. I took their advice based on what they found out from the carrier and within no time, my car was re-posted, assigned a new carrier and picked up. The new carrier (Deluxe Auto Transport) was great. Picked up one day early and arrived in Tempe early. Most companies are good at what they normally do, but when things don't go as planned, the best companies are the ones that shine when things go bad. In this case, Suncoast made a possible bad situation that was no fault of their own turn into a successful delivery and happy customer.
