I picked Sun Coast because they had a Better Business Bureau A or A- rating. Don't remember which. The move went as expected. Cost was what was quoted. Time to ship was less than expected. The web-site says they have vehicle tracking capability. I sent in the info so I could track the movement, and got a call giving me the truck drivers cell number and name and was told I could call him to find out.... While this is tracking, and the website did not make any claims about how the tracking worked, in this day and age of satelites, I was expecting something more sophisticated. Since this was a minor distraction, I will still give them a 5 star rating.
