ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Not a single thing was done correctly... is there any way to give -5 stars? Kieth from this company ... only thing he did right: take my money... car was picked up by an outside service ( wasnt notified about it until after car was picked up). It was then carried by another company to Long Branch ( again never told it made it there ). I called suncoast at least 6 times... they never called back. I was able to contact the real carriers ... CFR Line ...they were very helpful... they kept telling me all the errors that needed to be fixed. At no time did anyone from suncoast explain the next step, such as Matson ( already now paid for) wont accept the vehicle until the lic. and reg. with booking number are fowarded to them. I got that info from CFR Line again... so now my car has missed this weeks load plan... So I need to rent a car at least for another week. Thank you so much for being the largest MORONS in the shipping industry...I will see you in court.

It is very hard to understand why this customer is blaming us for the transport of this vehicle. Not at any time has this customer been ignored in phone calls. If you don't leave a message because we were on the phones with another customer then we really won't know to call you back, as all of our customers get responded to in a timely manner. All of the information for his Matson booking was forwarded to this customer. CFR Lines was the carrier contracted on this transport to carry the vehicle to the port and after having break downs with their hauler they were late on delivering this vehicle on time. Suncoast did nothing wrong to prolong the delivery of this vehicle in anyway, CFR Lines were the ones late on this delivery and not because Suncoast didn't do something to prevent the delivery of this vehicle as it has been set up with Matson for a long time and they have been waiting for delivery of it. CFR Lines is telling this customer things to make themselves less at fault as they know they are the ones late on this delivery and are trying to put the blame on us so the customer does not get upset at them. Why would it be our fault? Are we transporting the car? the answer is no, CFR lines has the vehicle and they are the ones late delivering it. Common sense would be to blame CFR lines since they have possession of the vehicle. In doing so CFR Lines has been blacklisted from our company and will never be able to carry vehicles for us in the future. It is unfortunate for the bad experience that this customer has occurred because of the negligence of CFR Lines as the carrier which "used to have great ratings",. But never the less we have been on top of handling everything that needed to be done from the time we found out the vehicle was going to be late and making sure Matson had their paperwork in line for delivery of this vehicle. Vehicle is now being dropped off today not because Suncoast did anything to delay the delivery of this vehicle but because CFR Lines is finally getting to the port to deliver this vehicle. In occurrence of the delay of the vehicle being delivered to the port by CFR Lines we have reduced the cost of this transport by $200 to the customer to help cover any rental fees since the car was delivered late by CFR Lines. CFR Lines is the one reimbursing this $200 fee to this customer for late delivery which we Suncoast made them do as we have been working non stop on this customers behalf even though he has not been the most enjoyable person to work with we have been nothing but very professional in handling this matter for him.
