I contacted this company cause they had a quote that was unbeatable and very affordable. I made plans 2 weeks in advance. When it came to pick up day. The day came and went and I never heard from them. They told me my deposite wouldnt have to be paid until car was picked up. So when I never heard from on pick up day I contacted pickup site where my vehicle was located and they said no driver/truck came. So I called them and unfortunately for me they were closed for the day. Next morning I thought I would hear from them. Nope. So of course I called. It was like they were way in left field stairing at the bleachers. By the time i got a hold of them, they had told me that they found out the driver called them to tell them that his truck was having engine troubles. And they said they could find someone to do the pickup the next day but definately guaranteed it at the end of the week. Now its end of the week and they have nothing. Just wasted my time, I need my car by this week to so in turn this company wasted my time. Dont waste your time unless they can give you the phone number to the driver.

SINCE THE BEGINNING YOU KNEW YOUR CAR MOVING WAS UNDER QUOTED, WE DIDN'T PROMISE YOU ANYTHING, THAT'S WHY WE DIDN'T CHARGE YOU THE DEPOSIT UNTIL WE HAD A DRIVER FOR YOU, THE LAST TIME WE SPOKE WITH YOU WE TOLD YOU THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET PICK UP FOR THAT PRICE,WHAT WAS YOUR ANSWER? IS OK I WAIT UNTIL YOU GUYS HAVE A DRIVER. TWO DAYS LATER WE CALLED YOU AND CANCELED BECAUSE THAT WAS A WAIST OF TIME FOR US TRYING TO MOVE AN UNDER QUOTED VEHICLE, WE TRIED OUR BEST TO MOVE IT FOR THE COSTUMER BUDGET,AND WE ENDED UP GETTING A BAD REVIEW.
