I contracted with this company on 12/27/10 and after 3 weeks they never had the vehicle picked up. At that time I posted a poor review, Philip claimed he had dispatched twice but the trucker couldn't reach my sister where the vehicle was. He then offered to put a little money in to increase the shipping amount to the trucker and to not charge me a broker fee. However he would only do this if I took down my previous review. I agreed as my son needed this truck in order to get a job here in Nevada. So at the end of January Philip claimed that he had listed the truck for $1100 on 1/27/11. Then I heard nothing for a few days. I emailed again on 1/31 and Philip said the truck was listed for $1075 and they were putting $300 of their money. Made no sense to me since he said he it was already higher than that. But then again, all communications stopped. I never got another call or email, my sister never heard a single word, and the truck continued to sit in Vermont. Finally on 2/10/11 my son decided to go back to Vermont because without his truck he couldn't get a job in Nevada. Clearly this company wasn't going to bother getting the truck here and didn't even bother communicating that to us. Also, the whole time Philip is telling me he has it listed for over $1000, my son was talking to other trucking companies who said it was only listed for $775, even though I had said I would pay up to $875. Do not use this company. No communication, no honesty, and you won't get your vehicle there. Read the other reviews carefully. As you can see, each of the previous reviews were from people who were paid by this company.

Elain first of all we did dispatch your vehicle. 2 times but you were on the rode and we were not able to get a hold of you so our driver refused to pick up this vehicle. you then choose to cancel and go with anothere company. i told you that this vehicle was under quoted and that it was not going to move for that price. i also told you that at that point i didnt have anothere driver but that i was willing to put money from our company to raise the carrier pay and maybe that way it would get picked up by a driver faster. and i told you i could not promise anything all i could do was post this and see if someone called me
