Hi, like most people, I read reviews on the internet for goods and services I am purchasing. I was in a rush to secure details for my quick move across the country and I really decided to use Albert's service based on the price. Then I got nervous. And read reviews. And saw some negative feedback. So I almost cancelled my reservation with Albert. Instead, I decided to take the honesty route and I literally said to him "I read negative things and I don't have time for things to go wrong with this shipment - what can I expect?" He was very patient with my inquiry and thanked me for asking him directly instead of assuming the negative reviewers were automatically correct. He explained some of the circumstances of why people spout off negative reviews and all I could really do was cross my fingers.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE. And it was great. I'm happy I chose this service and will use it again if I need to in the future. Advice to buyers: treat the service providers like they are humans & you probably get better results than assuming they are sketchy & out to screw you over. At least in this case, Albert's patience with me & over-explaining the process was very appreciated.
