Still Waiting for REFUND

I choose to go through Sun Auto because of their continued calls to assist me with my transportation. I thought this would be an indicator of their continued communication through the shipping process.

I was prepared to ship my vehicle and ensured that I was off work to be avalaible for the scheduled pick up date. When the truck had not arrived I called and they informed me that the truck had broken down (similar stories as the rest of the complaints) I was flexible with the pick up time and just asked that they communicate with me the status each day so I could make the necessary arrangments. After a week of calling to get the status I told them I would like to cancel my shipment and they said they would refund my $100 deposit by the end of the month.

I told them that I needed that refund sooner then that since that was over 2 weeks away and I would now have to find another shipping company to assist w/ my move. They then told me that they understood and it would be refuned and posted in the next 72 hrs. I watched my account for the refund that has yet to come in (again similar to others experiences). I have tried to call to inquire about the refund with no answer of either phone number I have for the company. With the holidays and other seasonal distractions I decided to watch for the refund at the end of the month. I have yet to see it...

Still trying to call and get in touch with someone to get my money back for my good faith deposit of a service that was never meet...

mrs jasmin we didi give you a refund so i dont know why you still saying we havent refund your money.this is billing departament.
