This was our first time transporting our car . Vanessa was prompt in her emails and educated us the process well. Our driver Ed was a very pleasant man , again very professional and prompt with response to his phone calls . I requested for an evening pickup ,he accommodated my request . We met at a large parking lot of Kmart in our town . He drove me home . Again the delivery was at a very convenient location on the estimated day .
