my vehicle was transported from virginia to arizona.. i booked this 3 weeks prior to date it was to be picked up, and was told 2 different times a truck would be there to pick up my car. i wasn't as concerned with the pick up date, as i was the drop off, i needed it to be in arizona by 08/03 and it was actaully delivered 8/02...even though i was told 2 different times it would be picked up, and wasn't, vanessa actually called me both times to explain why, and to me that is excellent customer service.. she actually called me @ 10pm friday night when she realized the driver wouldn't be there.. also, i have to comment about the driver sasha: he was awesome.. i felt sooooo bad for him, when he came to pick up my car, he had to unload almost every car to load mine, i suppose he was trying to organize his drop offs, he was in the grocery store parking lot for about 2 hours.. he also gave me his cell phone# so i could call him to see where he was... i would use this company again!!!!! vanessa was great
