I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT MY SERVICE WITH SUN AUTO TRANSPORT. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THEIR SERVICES ON APRIL 9TH FOR VEHICLE TRANSPORT ON MAY 7TH AND THEY CONTACTED ME ON MAY 3RD (ONLY FOUR DAYS IN ADVANCED) TO TELL ME THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO DRIVER WANTING AN ADDITIONAL $300 ON TOP OF THE $1195.00 WHICH WAS MY QUOTED PRICE. FOUR DAYS!!! THAT'S ALL THE ADVANCED NOTICE I RECEIVED. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY OPINION AND I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM OR REFER THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN AND THEY ARE UNAVOIDABLE BUT TO WAIT UNTIL 4 DAYS BEFORE MY SCHEDULED SERVICE TO TELL ME THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! NOW I AM LEFT WITH NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO SCROUNGE ABOUT LOOKING FOR A NEW AUTO CARRIER SERVICE THAT CAN FIT MY MOVING TIMETABLE. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

THE ONLY SILVER LINING IN THIS SITUATION IS THAT LUC, THE MANAGER, HAS AGREED TO REFUND MY FULL DEPOSIT WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS AS OPPOSED TO THE 2 WEEKS IT WOULD NORMALLY TAKE. FOR THAT I THANK HIM AS IT RESTORES SOME OF MY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY'S INTEGRITY. HOWEVER, IF THE REFUND IS NOT PROVIDED IN SAID TIME THEN I WILL RETRACT THIS STATEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
