This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I was extremely nervous. I am a very meticulous person and I must say Brian was extremely patient with me. Not only during the quote process but throughout the move. I must have called him a dozen times. Every call was handled with patience and professionalism. I know there are a ton of brokers/transport companies out there. I must have been called by 20 different companies when I submitted my quote. Brian seemed to handle it differently than the others. I didn't feel like I was being sold something. He actually took the time to educate me about the process. I wasn't rushed through the call whatsoever. My vehicle was picked up a day ahead of time and delivered pretty much on time. It was a bit late in the day, but the driver could not have been more polite. I watched over his shoulder as he unloaded my vehicle and it looked exactly as it did on pick-up. My job necessitates constant travel. Long-term stays throughout the country. I think I have found a solution, reputable company and trusting folks to handle my moves for the foreseeable future. Huge thanks to Brian Schuckmann and all the great folks at Summit Transport Company.
