I am shocked that this company still exists. It was a complete obvious scam (unfortunately not obvious to us, novices at car shipping, until the driver never showed up). We payed a deposit, received an email contract, and were assured that a driver would be there on January 9th to pick up our vehicle. I hadn't heard from any driver or from Tony by January 8th, made multiple phone calls to him and to the company, and finally received a call back from Tony on the 8th "assuring" us that a driver would be there the next day and would call a few hours ahead of time to arrange the pickup. No driver showed, and now we have to deal with reporting the scam to our credit card to get our money back. This whole process of shipping our vehicle has been a complete nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TONY AND SUMMIT AUTO TRANSPORT ARE A COMPLETE SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHOW.
