Joanna was fantastic. She was 100% on the ball and assured me that she was using a reputable shipping company. My car was picked up (Los Angeles) three days after I placed the order and it took 14 days for it to get the final destination (Massachusetts). There was a major snow storm on the east coast so that slowed things a bit. Joanna helped me keep track of my car and the shipping company she used was a great. I had the number of the driver and he arrived when he said he would. All in all, Joanna runs a great service. I recommend her!
